Pavement Warehouse, Inc. is owned and operated by Charles and Barbara Stanley. They started Pavement Warehouse over 10 years ago to bring quality asphalt maintenance products to contractors in Rhode Island and nearby Massachusetts & Connecticut.

Pavement Warehouse, Inc. is owned and operated by Charles and Barbara Stanley. They started Pavement Warehouse over 10 years ago to bring quality asphalt maintenance products to contractors in Rhode Island and nearby Massachusetts & Connecticut.
Their job site experience goes back as far as 1967 when Charles started working each summer as a young boy in the family paving business.
In 1980, Charles graduated from Bryant University with a bachelors degree in business administration. That same year he started his own asphalt maintenance company and quickly earned an excellent reputation for providing quality work.
In 1998, Pavement Warehouse, Inc. was incorporated, and began distributing pavement sealer from an outdoor storage tank.
In 2004, Pavement Warehouse opened it's doors in a new facility (shown above) at the same location (111 Railroad Ave., Johnston, RI). Over the years, their product line has grown to include crack fillers, traffic paints, additives, primers, equipment, and supplies for the asphalt maintenance contractor.
FAST FORWARD:
Today they operate Pavement Warehouse, Inc. as their sole business. With over 30 years of job site experience in sealcoating, crack filling and line striping, they have an extensive knowledge of the products, equipment and techniques necessary for the successful completion of your asphalt maintenance projects, and they are eager to share that knowledge with you.
